Non-county entities can now apply for Round 1 funding!

Non-county entities, including community-based organizations, private providers, and faith-based organizations, must partner with a county to apply for funding. Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis as proposals are received and approved.

Research and consulting firm Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP) provides project management services to DSH for the process of awarding IST Infrastructure funding. Responsibilities include outreach, technical assistance, solicitation, selection, negotiation and contracting.
